My name is Milan and this little site was made to put my ramblings on. I hope you enjoy your stay and if you have any feedback or just want to contact me for any reason, my contact information is at the bottom of this page. I prefer emails.
ABOUT THE SITE
- Cole’s website, which I recommend you check out, was a major influence on the design and structure of the site.
- Just a place for me to talk about whatever is on my mind.
- I am primarily interested in technology (open-source, minimalist, self-hosted) and overall well-being as a human being (physical, mental, spiritual).
- Currently, most of the site is under construction (no content:D) but this will change quickly as I’m planning on making a blog, a microblog and a links section.
“If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it would not seem so wonderful at all.” – Michelangelo
ABOUT ME
I am currently a CS undergrad student who’s still not sure what specific area of technology he wants to specialize in, mainly because modern tech is like magic in the books I used to (and still) read, and any area of it can be extremely interesting if one is willing to go deep enough. That said, as of right now my focus is on minimal and efficient software, but I plan to learn about hardware as well, just because I find it fascinating. I also love to browse The Wired for interesting things.
PROJECTS
- Making a startpage to satisfy my bookmarking addiction.
- Working my way through the backend curriculum on the boot.dev site.
- Pursuing a degree at ELTE.
- Learning arch linux plus building a homelab primarily for self-hosting.
